Processing Orders
Orders begin processing within 24 hours of placement and ship according to shipping method and chosen date.Â
Due to the unique and perishable nature of our products, orders being shipped to warm climates above 72 degrees will be shipped with ice.
Shipping Methods
All UPS Shipping methods deliver to all states except Hawaii and Alaska.
UPS Ground delivery within 2 to 4 business days.
UPS Priority Overnight delivery within 1 to 2 business days.
- Cut off time is at 4pm EST
- Same day delivery – valid ONLY to a business or residence with front desk/doorman services
- Signature upon delivery is mandatory for this service

- UPS charges a $10.00 fee for return or redelivery of a package due to address errors.
