Stopped by this weekend for my weekly chocolate and I love how I always feel so welcomed by the staff. Other similar chocolate shops have very rude staff but this one has excellent customer service with very humble and easy to talk to people. Makes buying chocolate even more enjoyable and worth it. My go-to box is the champagne truffles!! They're the absolute best and I recommend them to everyone!

We absolutely loved this chocolatier, and the fact that they have several locations around Manhattan. Perfect to pop in for a nibble (or three) while walking about. My favorite was the pistachio truffle, though my wife had a pretty fantastic lavender chocolate bite. All their creations are gorgeous, and while they aren't cheap, they're worth every penny.

Happen upon Teuscher in the Rockefeller Center area and didn't regret it. Very nice selection of truffles, solid chocolate, etc.  Especially appreciated the dark chocolate selection. Going to add this to my short list of places to visit each time I am in NYC.

Very pleased with the salesperson, who put together a little box with mix of 6 pieces, with lovely bow and a bag. Very attentive and kind.

I wanted to purchase some high-end chocolates to give as gifts, and champagne truffles came across my suggestions. Teuscher seemed to be an obvious choice in New York City. This was easy to find, as it's right in front of the Sak's Fifth Avenue light show and the Rockefeller Christmas tree. During the holidays, it was very difficult to get through the sea of people. On my first visit, I paid $4.25 for a single champagne truffle so that I could try it. Later, after doing some comparison shopping with other chocolate stores, I came back here to purchase boxes of mixed champagne truffles (classic and dark). The Teuscher staff are SO NICE! They ran out of the boxes for 4 champagne truffles, but they were so kind to custom-make me the truffles in cute boxes that they stuck "truffle" stickers onto, and also tied them with ribbons. They even gave me a sample of 3 jasmine truffles!!! That is SO NICE OF THEM. THREE??? I ate one, and it was divine, even though I don't even like chocolates anymore and lost my taste for chocolate over the years. I saved the rest of the samples and ate them at breakfast over the next two days. Yet, most people are not like me and love chocolates, so if you have the means, this is a great place to purchase elegant (and very pricey) chocolates as gifts!

I have purchased Teuscher chocolates several times this year through the New York City shops ( Rockefeller Center and Madison Ave ) and am very satisfied with the service , which is always extremely courteous , and the delicious truffles. The chocolates were delivered to my residence in New Jersey in a most timely manner and packaged in such a way that they couldn't possibly be damaged. I am so happy I've ' discovered ' Teuscher in New York and intend to use their services regularly. They make great gifts.
